What information we handle
We process only information you choose to send to us, such as your name, email address, organisation, message and attendance-request details.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, manage attendance requests, communicate about festival activities and maintain the security of the website.
How long we keep it
General enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Attendance-request records are deleted no later than 90 days after the relevant event unless a longer period is required by law.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised festival team members and service providers that host or maintain the website and email services. The website is hosted on Tencent Cloud in the Frankfurt region. Attendance requests are sent through Tencent Enterprise Mail (Tencent Exmail) to the festival mailbox. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable international privacy and data-processing terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing eucnff@eucnff.com.
