Copyright Declaration
1. Originality The applicant must own the complete copyright of the submitted work or have obtained legal authorization from the copyright holder. The work must not be involved in any legal disputes and must not contain any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. Rights Clearance Any music, video, fonts, or other materials used in the work must be authorized by the copyright holder. In the event of infringement, the applicant shall bear all legal liabilities. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify the entry and revoke any awards.
3. Promotional Use The Organizing Committee has the right to use the shortlisted works (including excerpts, posters, stills, and portraits of creators) free of charge for promotional purposes during the festival and in subsequent non-commercial activities (such as academic exchanges, tours, and promotional videos).
4. Archiving All submitted application materials (including videos, images, and text) will be archived and will not be returned. Please keep your own backups.
5. Agreement Submission implies agreement to and compliance with all regulations and rules of this festival. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation.
